week 7

These past few weeks have been the most stressful days in my life. I have been the most busy and worried I have been ever. I did say in my last blog that I will do the final touches and I have failed to do that. I feel very awful about that, I am sorry. So this week I will edit the video and finish it to post it here and in our website. Everyone in my group have been really busy lately, but we have to think positively to keep on going witch I will be doing when i talk to my group. I think I have learned a lot about a lot of stuff while doing this project. I would also really like to know your opinions on the video on the healthy meal recipe. I think my group members would really like to know as well as I.

Week 6

Last Friday we planned to finally editing our videos and also to start organizing our stuff (videos, website,blogs) to sum it all up to complete our 20% project with the help of our teacher's shared document(thank you).. Today on Monday Nadia, Andrew, and I met up at my place and we did extraordinary progress. I still cant believe the amount of work that we got done. Today I showed Nadia and Andrew how to use Microsoft Movie Maker which they learned fairly quickly and they started editing on their own right away which was very convenient to me meaning I didn't have to do all of the editing this time. Thankfully my mom bought us pizza so we where full of energy,although this is a teen health project...(we are Hippocrates) Although we did get much done today I still need to make the final touches like the into and the last part of the video to sum it all up. Which I will try to do tomorrow, because today I want to spent some time with my mom but, tomorrow I have this after school class till 6. So hopefully I'll still be awake to finish the video so I can post the link here below.

week 5

I've finally convinced Andrew to start on his work out although he is barely starting today. This week I didn't really have any time to talk with my group about what we are going to do this week So I suppose this week I'm going to focus on my own fitness. I believe my partner Alex will also like this idea of doing this in like a group sort of thing. So I supposed we could start by writing down what we eat. Also I got this new black bored so I can create a calender where I write down what I eat and write down the work outs I plan to do that day so I can keep track of what I do or what we do in a group. Since my parents never supported me on getting a gym membership due to them not believing I can be organized or actually due it I guess I'll have to start out by doing my workouts on my own with no machinery. ...I wonder what the rest of my group is doing.. : /  May look something like this.

Week 4

This week I was having a conversation with one of my group members Andrew and he was showing me pictures of how he wants his body to look like when hes older in a couple of years. As he showed me i noticed lots of the men in the pictures where really muscular too muscular for my taste, so I suggested not going that far and I think he agreed, or maybe he just "agreed" to get out of the conversation. Anyways as he showed me he mentioned that he didn't want to have any abs or to even work on abs, because" it takes to much time," but to me that means hes just lazy. Although he does work on his trapeziums, shoulders, biceps, forearms, chest and back legs. I don't know I'm not an expert but I am a girl and to me that seems weird to like have all of that and not have any abs or a little muscly tummy. I mean what if he does end up the way he wants to but has a big tummy with big boobs I don't know about but that's the way I see it. So for this week I will try to convince Andrew to work a little more on his abs for part of our 20% project. He will then be able to show off his results on our website. Just so you know I am not going to force him I mean who am I to tell him what to do with his body, but I know I can convince him. This is a picture of how he wants to look like.
