Week 4

Last week I edited  Mario Hernandez's interview on how he stays fit while dealing with school work, but I ended up not including Andrew's video, because it didn't come out in good quality as i had wanted, because you could hear the wind in the background and could barley even hear his voice. Though I may ask to record him again for the 3rd time. This week I'm going to upload a video to my YouTube account so then i could add the web address to my website. Sadly my group hasn't cooperated as much as I wanted them to. They haven't been using any of the resource I have offered them to make their  part of their work easier. Therefore, I'm going to tell my group to do some research every other week now, because we all have other class work to do and we'll be able to do it in the weekend. We have planned to do more interviews from teachers and how they survived college, their eating habits while on college, and what they would recommend. Bellow is a snapshot of Mario's interview on how he stays fit.

  1. That's the hard thing about being a leader, getting everyone involved and working. Think about ways that would motivate them other than a grade to get them to contribute. Show how awesome it would be help people, learn a new skill, etc.

Don't let people frustrate, see it as an opportunity to solve a new problem. You're doing great, keep up the great work.
